How to See Which Sites Have Been Visited on a Computer?

When you wonder which sites have been visited on a computer, the first place that comes to mind is the browser history. It's a correct starting point but unreliable on its own: history can be deleted with a single click, is never kept in an incognito tab, and each browser stores its own record in a separate place.

Seeing visited sites from the browser history

In most browsers the history opens with the same shortcut. The steps are almost identical in Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Opera:
